From March 19 to March 28, 2024, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Fire Rescue Corps organized 31 equipment technicians to Jiujiang Haochuan Fire Equipment Co., Ltd. for a 10-day factory training. The training insists on starting from the difficult and strict from the actual combat, and forging a team of equipment technicians who "can maintain, manage, teach, and understand maintenance.
The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Fire Rescue Corps came to our company for training in the factory. Leaders at all levels attached great importance to it and arranged for special personnel to repeatedly communicate with the Ningxia Fire Rescue Corps on the training content, time arrangement, teaching methods, etc., to form a consensus, accordingThe principle of "teaching, training, and examination" is consistent to ensure that the training is targeted, so that the trainees can think and learn.
This training adopts the combination of field visit, equipment explanation and practical operation, large class teaching and group training. It organizes to visit the testing process of stretching, three prevention (waterproof, fire prevention and oil prevention), burning and anti-fall of personal protective equipment materials, and systematically learns the theoretical knowledge of structural components, working principles, use and maintenance methods of commonly used equipment, focus on water pumps, chain saws, toothless saws, motor chain saws, two-wheel different cutting saws, outboard machines, air compressors, casters, positive pressure fire air respirators, hydraulic demolition tools, mobile generators and other related equipment for on-site disassembly, on-site assembly, on-site troubleshooting.
Through this in-factory training, all the trainees completed the established learning tasks closely around the attitude of using their brains, hands-on, consulting more, communicating more, learning with problems, and going back with experience, enriching theoretical knowledge, and improving business. Quality, strengthened hands-on ability, accumulated strength for better playing the role of equipment backbone, and created a positive learning atmosphere.
