Our company attaches great importance to this training in the factory. We have communicated with Fujian Forest Fire Brigade for many times on the schedule, training content, teaching methods, etc., and formed a consensus. On the basis of mastering the theoretical knowledge of relevant training subjects, according to the principle of "teaching, training and examination", our company takes the training of new high-quality coaches as the goal, and really makes the trainers lose their "fancy" and forge "real skills", use hard work to get through the last mile of the cadre backbone group training and teaching ability.
This training adopts the combination of theoretical explanation and practical operation, and the combination of large class teaching and group training. It systematically learns the theoretical knowledge of the structural components, working principles, use and maintenance methods of commonly used equipment, focus on on-site disassembly, on-site assembly and on-site troubleshooting of related equipment such as water pumps, chain saws, toothless saws, motor chain saws, double-wheel cutting saws, outboard machines, air compressors, casters, positive pressure fire air respirators, hydraulic demolition tools, mobile generators, etc., effectively improving the professional capabilities of trainees.
In order to ensure the quality and safety of the training, Director Dai Yuqing, the leader of the Fujian Forest Fire Brigade, put forward the following requirements: First, we must unify our thinking and raise awareness; second, we must study carefully and study carefully; third, we must strictly manage to ensure safety. It is hoped that the equipment maintenance personnel participating in this training must calm down, be modest and eager to learn, not be ashamed to ask questions, drill deeply and study carefully, and earnestly through this training, learn each piece of equipment thoroughly, and become a member of the equipment field."Experts" and "experts" provide powerful equipment and technical support for the corps to perform various rescue tasks.
Through the training, the trainees have the ability to operate, disassemble and assemble, maintain and troubleshoot general faults, and meet the "four meetings" management requirements of "operation, inspection, maintenance and repair.
