In line with GB/T 33536-2017 "protective clothing forest fire clothing" standard. It is suitable for forest firefighters to wear protective clothing to defend against fire, hot objects and other injuries when fighting fires in the forest. Material: aramid orange fabric, 200g.
Technical parameters:
1. color: the color of the forest fire protection clothing fabric is orange, which conforms to the international standard color card-pan tong, the color number value is 16-1462TPX, and the color difference △E<3.5.
2. Thermal protection coefficient: thermal protection coefficient of forest fire protection clothing TPP/(kW • s/㎡)≥ 274.3
3. Flame retardant property: The forest fire protection clothing fabric has flame retardant property after 50 times of washing. The damaged length is ≤ 46mm in longitude and latitude direction, the continuous burning time is ≤ 0s, the smoldering time is ≤ 0.8s, and there is no melting or dripping phenomenon.
4. Breaking strength: breaking strength of forest fireproof clothing fabric: warp direction ≥ 1300N, weft direction ≥ 1200N
5. Tearing strength: Tearing strength of forest fire protection clothing fabric: warp direction ≥ 290N, weft direction ≥ 180N
6. Mass per unit area: mass per unit area of forest protective clothing fabric: ≤ 202g/㎡

8. Thermal stability: After the thermal stability test at (260±5)℃, the dimensional change rate in warp and weft direction is less than or equal to 1%, and there is no obvious change on the surface of the fabric.
9. Formaldehyde content: Formaldehyde content of forest protective clothing fabric ≤ 20 mg/kg.
10. PH value: PH value of forest protective clothing fabric is 6.2
11. Color fastness: light fastness ≥ 4, washing resistance (discoloration/water staining) ≥ 4~5/4~5, water resistance (discoloration/water staining) ≥ 4~5/4~5, dry friction resistance ≥ 4~5, wet friction resistance ≥ 3, sweat resistance (discoloration/water staining) ≥ 4~5.
12. Sewing thread performance: single thread breaking strength is not less than 18N. Thermal stability of sewing thread: after (260±5)℃ thermal stability test, there is no melting and burning phenomenon.
13. Reflective tape performance: it meets the performance requirements of reflective tape in 4.1.3 of GB/T 33536-2017 "Forest Protective Clothing.
14. Seam breaking strength: the crotch and shoulder seam breaking strength of pants shall not be less than 650N. The breaking strength of single garment seam shall not be less than 1300N.
15. Appearance: all parts of the flat clothes are cleaned and ironed, neat, free of yellow irons, water stains, bright light, powder marks and thread ends; The collar flat clothes can't get warped.
