Heavy Chemical Protective Clothing RHF-I-HCA
Comply with GA 770-2008 Fireman's Chemical Protective Clothing;
1. It is mainly applicable to the fully sealed protective clothing worn by firefighters in the emergency rescue of chemical dangerous goods, corrosive substances and toxic gases.
2. Made of PVC double-sided coated fabric material, it is composed of conjoined hood with large field of vision, respirator rucksack, puncture-resistant and chemical-resistant rubber boots, chemical-resistant and flame-retardant gloves, sealing chain and general system, and is used in conjunction with helmet and air respirator.
3. Performance of technical parameters:
Tensile strength (Kn/m): warp direction≥ 15, weft direction≥ 12;
Tearing strength (N): warp direction: ≥ 128, weft direction ≥ 103;
Heat aging resistance (125 ℃ 24h): The sample is taken out for observation after being placed in an oven at 125 ℃ for 24h. The sample is free of stickiness and brittleness.
Flame retardant property (flame burning time)(s):≤ 1;
Flame retardant property (flameless burning time)(s):≤ 1;
Flame retardant property (damage length)(cm):≤ 7.6;
Cold resistance (-25 ℃ for 5min): Take out the sample in the environment of -25 ℃ for 5min, straighten it quickly for observation, and there is no crack on the surface of the sample.
Puncture resistance (gloves)(N):≥ 28;
Dexterity Performance (Glove): The smallest test bar to be completed under the test conditions is 5mm in diameter, and the performance level is 5.
Puncture resistance of shoe sole (N):≥ 1600;
Electrical insulation performance: breakdown voltage ≥ 5000V, leakage current ≤ 0.3mA.
Anti-slip performance: ≥ 23 °;
Anti-smashing performance: ≥ 21mm;
Mass: ≤ 7.5kg
Appearance quality: the surface of the fabric is smooth, without holes, bubbles, delamination, surface exposed cloth, dead fold phenomenon. The chemical protective boots shall be free of flanging, emptying, glue opening, frost spraying, over-sulfur and under-sulfur. The outer strips of the chemical protective clothing shall be neat and without any lack of parts.
