In order to build a solid psychological foundation for the health of fire rescue personnel and enhance the psychological endurance of fire rescue personnel,On May 18, during the training of key equipment technicians of Qinghai Fire Rescue Corps in our factory, our company specially invited Professor Yu Huanxin, a famous mental health education trainer, to our company to hold a special lecture on "Psychological Decompression and Psychological Counseling". All 79 key equipment technicians of Qinghai Fire Rescue Corps trained in our factory attended the lecture.
Professor Yu Huanxin is a PhD in Applied Psychology from Beijing Normal University, a visiting professor at Peking University School of Medicine, a national-level psychological consultant, a special psychological expert in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, the State Administration of the State Council, and a special expert in psychological decompression at the Beijing Veterans Training Center. During the whole teaching process, Professor Yu Huanxin integrated psychology, traditional Chinese studies and life experience into the classroom. He made full use of various teaching forms such as examples, games, demonstrations, drawing, singing and so on to combine theoretical explanation with practical training. He listed vivid cases to fully emphasize the value orientation of behavior. The intuitive demonstration was concise and simple, and the interesting activities were humorous and humorous but had a strong sense of rhythm, in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, how to conduct psychological self-regulation in dealing with people, emotional management, work and career, marriage and family, etc., in order to maintain a positive and optimistic attitude.
