The second batch of 43 equipment technicians from Wuhan Fire Rescue Detachment went to Jiujiang Haochuan Fire Equipment Co., Ltd. for a 15-day in-factory training from March 28 to April 13. Based on the feedback of the first batch of equipment technicians in the factory, our company carefully formulated the training plan, strictly organized the theoretical teaching, and standardized the equipment practical operation process, which laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the training.
The training deepened the students' understanding and familiarity with the equipment through theoretical explanation of the working principle, operation of demonstration equipment, in-depth analysis of key parts, rapid elimination of general faults and other methods. The trainees consolidated what they had learned by listening first, speaking later and practicing again, and asked questions on the spot during the actual operation of the equipment. The teacher answered questions on the spot and asked other questions by analogy, effectively stimulate the learning enthusiasm of students. Through on-site questions and answers, the theoretical knowledge learned by the students can be better transformed into practical experience.
